Although I will probably never self-publish, I was fascinated by the process as well as reading Poynter’s portrayal of how the publishing industry works.
Who will buy your book?: Everything you need to know and do is in this book. Useful for getting started with self-publishing, but really, actually doing all the emailing, calling, inquiring, and figuring of quotes is what one needs to understand the process. Dan Poynter, who wrote it, stays on top of the industry and sends out a regular newsletter that comes to your inbox.
